What a great experience! Coach Donald provides a welcoming environment to help each person explore aspects about themselves. His use and explanation of the DISC assessment allowed me to understand more about myself, as well as, gain a great deal of perspective.  It has helped me to step out of my comfort zone to explore change that can allow me to move forward and maximize capabilities. I believe this experience can help with multiple areas of our lives- career goals, relationships, and a better understanding of oneself.

I am interested in becoming a LC and Donald responded back to my request for a mentor to start my journey. He has taken the time to get to know more about my passion to help and inspire others to be the best version of themselves. He walked me through my DISC assessment and helped me understand my natural behaviors and traits, which really helped me understand how I function. Donald is firm, but patient and makes me think critically about my goals and vision. 

Coach Donald has been a "coach" of mine, in many facets over the last 13 years. Initially, we met as my all-star cheerleading coach, from there he continued in my life as a mentor and coach through many circumstances. He facilitated my growth down my career path as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, enriched my life with sound advice applied to relationships, marriage, spiritual, and professional well being. He has instilled principles in me that I still remember and draw from in my daily and professional life. I have reached many goals in life, including but not limited to, cheerleading awards, acceptance into graduate school, certifications in my field of practice, fitness certifications, and reaching my entrepreneurial goals. Coach Donald has always had a voice of reason, but also pursuit; that I believe to this day has fostered a mindset and strategy in myself that I can aim and achieve targets and goals. The Target Master helps me understand what things help me reach goals, as well as what things will hinder my success. There are also strategies and processes provided to navigate to success and reaching targeted goals. I always feel much less stressed when my productivity is at its highest and more time for myself and my family, WHILE still reaching my goals. Coach Donald is THE BEST!

Behind every great Athlete, Leader, Artist  their is a Coach… who helped them find their BEST SELF!   This is a FACT— This is INDISPUTABLE 

I personally met Donald in one of the greatest crisis’ in my life.  I had just been laid off from a career that was never coming back.  I felt like a football player that had just been told he was cut from the team.  I was devastated!!  What do I do?  Where do I go?  I was that guy.  That’s when I reached out to Donald Holmes Sr. 

Through our sessions via Zoom right now, I have gotten Clarity to make the right choices I believe about what steps to take next.  Furthermore I have been Challenged to move forward to what I have been called to do.

This is an eye opening experience that has made me want to dig deeper and learn more about my own self. Yes, I said my own self!  The DISC assessment opened my eyes on why I react to situations the way I do. Mr. Holmes (Donald) broke down each letter category in the word DISC for me to fully understand the highlighted behaviors I express. Operating in your gifts and outside of your gifts are two different things that could change how I approach life and what I want to come out of it.  A lot of the information was spot on and a lot was an eye opening to come to a realization of some behaviors I have. This information is not only good for entrepreneurs but its beneficial in relationships with people and with one's self enlightenment.
