Meet Our Team
Erica P. Holmes, Ed.D., LPC, NCC Executive Director
Dr. Holmes is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Prepare/Enrich pre-marriage counselor and re|engage marriage group facilitator. She received her Doctor of Education degree from Liberty University with an emphasis on Community Care & Counseling: Marriage and Family.
Dr. Holmes specializes in relationship counseling, ministry-related stressors, crises, depression, anxiety, & other mental health disorders. Dr. Holmes is a Christian counselor dedicated to helping adults and couples heal, learn new coping skills, and experience a greater quality of mental health & relationships with others.
Dr. Holmes serves as the Executive Director of The Counseling Den and the Education Coordinator of the Desoto County Spiritual Care Network. Additionally, Dr. Holmes is passionate about equipping faith-based organizations with counseling tools to help better serve the community.
Tonya M. Andrews, M.S., PLPC, NCC
Tonya Andrews holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is a current doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision.
She is a Certified Trauma Professional and a Certified Grief Professional who serves the community through crisis and grief counseling, crisis response, parent training, first responder and healthcare education. She has experience in various settings, including women’s ministry, inpatient hospitalization, hospice care, community crisis response, educational facilities, and organ/tissue donation.
Tonya enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples. She utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (T-CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), 9 Gamut Procedure, and Mindfulness.
Kathryn Moering, Office Manager
Kathryn offers each of our clients a warm smile, courteous customer care, and professionalism. She has more than ten years of experience in office management, assisting clients with scheduling appointments, processing intake paperwork, and accepting payments.
