LINK: Connecting faith & mental health

Local churches are being overwhelmed with counseling requests that extend beyond the scope of pastoral support & they are seeking responsible means of referring those individuals who require a higher level of care.  As a result, we have created LINK, which serves as a single point of contact for church counseling referrals. Our goal is to connect referrals with the most qualified Christian clinicians in our network, based on a number of factors, including clinician specialties, location, and payment options.  

We are seeking licensed clinicians who understand the importance of including Biblical principles in the healing process, along with the use of evidence-based clinical practices.  If you fit this description, we encourage you to apply for membership with the LINK network.

How do I benefit from contributing to LINK?

• You may receive direct pre-screened, in-network referrals
• Networking and marketing opportunities 
• Join a groundbreaking community of clinicians intent on positively impacting mental health access & stigma in our community.

*Pre-screened assessments include GAD-7, PHQ-9, DSM-5 Cross-cutting Symptom Measure, & Intake Questionnaire.  

Is there a membership fee to join LINK Network?

While there is no membership fee to join the network, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all monetary donations are tax deductible & help us further the vision of The Counseling Den by providing scholarships for the uninsured/underinsured in our community.  Those who find value in this network and would like to contribute a monetary donation are welcome to do so.

How much is the suggested annual contribution?

Contribution is not required to register. However, contributing clinicians will be considered Preferred Providers within the network. Preferred Providers will receive exclusive network access, referral placement priority, and sponsorship acknowledgement.

How will my contribution be used?

Should you choose to give, your tax deductible annual contribution will be used to provide scholarships for the uninsured and underinsured in our community, allowing equal access to mental healthcare.
